These Terms govern your use of MyCharacterBot.com, the website, and related Telegram bots.

By using MyCharacterBot.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use MyCharacterBot.com.

AI Content

MyCharacterBot.com uses AI to generate fictional character replies and images. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, repetitive, or unexpected. AI characters are fictional and are not real people.

User Accounts

You may log in using Telegram or other supported login methods. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your Telegram account secure.

Characters and Content

You may create private characters and publish characters for others to view or use. You are responsible for the characters, prompts, descriptions, comments, images, and other content you submit.

When you publish content, you allow MyCharacterBot.com to display, store, copy, and use that content as needed to operate the service.

Rules

You may not use MyCharacterBot.com to create, publish, request, or share content involving:

Sexual content involving minors or anyone under 18.
Real-person sexual content without consent.
Harassment, threats, doxxing, or abuse.
Illegal activity.
Malware, spam, scams, or attempts to disrupt the service.
Content that violates another person’s rights.

We may remove content, restrict access, disable bots, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Published Characters

Published characters may be copied, upvoted, favorited, commented on, and opened by other users. If you delete or unpublish a character, it may no longer be available publicly, but backups or moderation records may remain for a limited time.

Telegram Bots

Some characters may have Telegram bots. Telegram is a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for Telegram outages, account restrictions, or Telegram-side behavior.

Paid Features

If paid features are offered, prices and features will be shown before purchase. Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. Unless otherwise stated, purchases are for digital features and may not be refundable after use, except where required by law.

Service Availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

No Warranties

MyCharacterBot.com is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific AI behavior, memory quality, character consistency, image quality, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MyCharacterBot.com and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or access.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal/security risk.
